2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Application form: your name, email address, phone number, the programme, campus and class time (“belt”) you are interested in, what you would like to design, and whether you want the prospectus.
- Enquiry and contact forms: the details you enter, such as your name, contact details and message.

Information collected automatically
- Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and may use them to keep the site secure and working.
- Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics records which pages you visit, how you arrived and roughly where you are, using cookies.
- Advertising measurement (only if you accept): the Meta Pixel records page visits, programme pages viewed, clicks on our WhatsApp, phone and email links, and completed applications, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts.
We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health or religious beliefs) through this website. Please do not include it in your messages.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not make decisions about you using fully automated processes.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with organisations that help us run the school and this website, and only as much as they need:
- Google: stores the details you send through our website forms (Google Sheets and Apps Script), runs Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies, and serves the fonts used on this site.
- Meta Platforms: receives Meta Pixel data if you accept marketing cookies, and carries WhatsApp messages if you contact us that way.
- NameHero: hosts this website.
- Coursebox and Stripe: run the Online Certificate course and take payment for it.
- Content delivery networks (such as unpkg): deliver some of the code this website uses, which means they receive your IP address.
- Professional advisers and authorities: where we must by law, or to protect our rights.
Where these organisations act on our instructions, they may only use your information to provide their service to us. Google and Meta also use some data for their own purposes under their own privacy policies, which is one reason we only turn on Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel if you accept.
5. International transfers
We work across Nigeria and the United Kingdom, and several of our service providers are based in, or store data in, other countries, including the United States. When personal information leaves the UK or Nigeria, we rely on the protections these providers offer, such as adequacy decisions, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Applications and enquiries that do not lead to enrolment: up to 2 years from our last contact, so we can follow up on your interest, then deleted.
- Students: for as long as you study with us and afterwards for as long as we need to confirm qualifications, meet legal and accounting requirements, or deal with claims.
- Google Analytics data: for the period set in our Google Analytics account, which is no more than 14 months.
- Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we will ask again.
